A modern analogy
V62 is the practical instruction following V61's teaching. Since the Indwelling Īśvara is the source of all movement (V61), the one practical response is to go to THAT Īśvara as your refuge (tam eva śaraṇam gaccha) with total surrender (sarva-bhāvena). This is not going somewhere external but turning within — toward the heart-dweller who is already there. The result: tat-prasāda brings parā śānti and śāśvata sthāna.
V62 is the direct corollary of V61: given that the Lord is the heart-dwelling source of all movement (V61), the only rational and spiritual response is tam eva śaraṇam gaccha (go to THAT as refuge). The sarva-bhāvena (with all being) echoes V56's mad-vyapāśrayaḥ (taking refuge in Me). Together V61-62 form the complete teaching: V61 = the metaphysical reality (Lord as heart-dweller causing rotation through māyā); V62 = the practical response (take total refuge in That Lord). This then leads to V63: the mahā-rahasyam.
Tat-prasādāt (by THAT grace) in V62 mirrors mat-prasādāt (by My grace) in V56 and V58 — confirming that the Indwelling Īśvara of V61 IS the Krishna-God speaking throughout the Gita. The pronoun shift from 'Me' to 'That' (tam, tat) gives V61-62 a cosmic impersonality that makes the teaching universally applicable: not 'take refuge in the Krishna-form specifically' but in the Indwelling Sovereign of all beings' hearts.
