Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective: 10 June 2026

Seven-day refunds, no questions asked. If you purchased the Deep Seeker unlock and want your money back for any reason, contact us within 7 days of payment using the contact form (choose "Payment problem") with your payment reference. We will refund the full amount to the original payment method within 5–7 working days via Razorpay.

Paid but can't access? That's our bug, not your problem. Use the contact form with topic "Payment problem" — these are flagged urgent and access is typically restored within hours, manually if necessary.

Duplicate payments are refunded in full automatically once detected, or immediately on request.

No cancellation needed. The unlock is a one-time payment, not a subscription — there is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge.
