मनःप्रसादः सौम्यत्वं मौनम् आत्मविनिग्रहः । भावसंशुद्धिर् इत्य् एतत् तपो मानसमुच्यते ॥
manaḥ-prasādaḥ saumyatvaṃ maunam ātma-vinigrahaḥ | bhāva-saṃśuddhir ity etat tapo mānasamucyate ||
