puruṣaḥ prakṛti-stho hi bhuṅkte prakṛti-jān guṇān / kāraṇaṃ guṇa-saṅgo'sya sad-asad-yoni-janmasu
"Puruṣa in prakṛti enjoys guṇas — attachment to guṇas is the cause of birth in good and evil wombs."
